"One is for what they consider the high-end stuff," he said.

The high-end stuff is there more for prestige and to grab headlines.

Even wine writers who ordinarily stick to the high-end stuff have taken time out to say something nice about these modestly priced beauties.

"We are trying to keep all the high-end new stuff nearby, so there can be contact between manufacturing, marketing and design," Mr. Qureshey said.

For some reason," I'm getting more high-end stuff this year than ever before, and it's going out more quickly, too," she said.

"I don't need high-end stuff."

He says there were always tantrums and tiaras when they tried to indicate to Nokia no-one wanted they high-end stuff anymore.

"They are going for the high-end stuff and don't want to be seen as shady like some Caribbean haven."

Unlike the rest of Asia, China is doing high-end stuff as well.

"We can get the low-end stuff, but the high-end stuff we can't even get close to," he said.
