One juror in particular said later that she simply did not believe insurance companies.
But several jurors said they had already made travel plans.
"I think we did look at the computer as being a very key piece of evidence," the male juror said.
If it had been up to him, the juror said, the case would have ended long ago.
The one juror who spoke after court said "the evidence was too strong against him."
Few of the issues they went on to discuss were as clear cut, the jurors said.
One juror said he would have burned the house down, too.
