Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let cool completely.
Remove mixture from the heat, and let cool about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let cool and discard the mixture.
Remove and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Place the pepper in a paper bag and let cool.
Remove and let cool, covered, for 10 minutes or longer.
Bake the bread for 10 minutes and then let cool.
Simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool.
Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
