Drain off liquid, run under cold water and let drain.
Place in colander, sprinkle with salt and let drain for 30 minutes.
Add the yogurt and let drain for 2 hours.
Set the strainer over a bowl, place in the refrigerator and let drain for 3 hours.
Weigh tofu down with a can; let drain for 1 hour.
Weigh down slices with a couple of plates and let drain for 2 hours.
Spoon the yogurt into the sieve and let drain for 2 hours.
Let drain for 30 seconds, then transfer to a large bowl.
Spread peppers, smooth side up, on a paper towel and let drain for 10 minutes.
Spoon out flesh, put it in a strainer and let drain.
