In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and let sit 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let sit 20 minutes before serving.
Heat through once more, turn off heat and let sit 10 minutes or so.
Cook for 8 hours, then remove from heat and let sit overnight.
Add fruit; toss, and let sit 2 hours at room temperature.
Place in a bowl and cover with 6 cups of cold water; let sit overnight.
Add sugar to taste, and let sit five minutes before serving.
Add corn, turn off heat and let sit 5 minutes.
Let sit one week, or up to three months.
Pour rice into pot with 2 cups cold water; let sit 30 minutes.
