All these locomotives were renumbered 90xx in 1946 upon delivery of new 2251 Class engines.

A fourth locomotive (001) was renumbered but is out of service.

In 1906 the locomotives were renumbered as 501 to 512.

The remaining locomotives were renumbered 8638-8666 in order of construction.

These locomotives were renumbered to Class 218 in 1970.

At the time of the takeover, the locomotive was renumbered 181.

The 21 locomotives acquired in 1873 were renumbered into the 894 - 914 series.

When Nationalisation came in 1948 the locomotive was renumbered as 35006.

The remaining locomotives were also transferred at a later date and renumbered in the 2800s.

In the early 1970s the locomotives were renumbered 73001-73006.
