I only take one 100 mg dose per day at the present.
An 800 mg dose twice a day is being used in later studies.
A daily dose of 300-600 mg is effective for many patients.

At this time point, all subjects were continued on the 0.5 mg dose for an additional 24 weeks.
Side effects minimal at my 5 - 10 mg doses.
Use caution with this drug as it can be very strong even at the 2 mg dose.
It's best to take calcium with food in doses of 500 mg or less.
In man, an oral dose of 50 mg produced no effects on blood pressure.
Lower doses of 50 mg twice daily may not be effective in adults.
