Put the muffin tray onto the baking tray.
Line four holes in the muffin tray with the pastry circles.
Line two 12-hole muffin tray with 15 paper cases.
Place six large muffin cases inside a muffin tray.
Pour two tablespoons of oil or beef fat into each of the cups of a muffin tray.
Place the muffin tray into the hot oven and leave for 5-10 minutes, until the fat is smoking hot.
Carefully remove the muffin tray from the oven.
Stir in as many walnuts as you desire and pour the mixture into the muffin tray or cases.
Line a 12-hole muffin tray with paper cases.
Remove them from the muffin tray and place them on serving dishes.
