Add a little more olive oil or some of the pasta water if the mixture seems dry.
Scoop out about 1 cup of pasta water and reserve.
Add a little reserved pasta water if it gets too thick.
If pasta water is not yet boiling, remove pan from the heat.
Add a few tablespoons of the pasta water and reduce heat to low.
Season to taste, adding some reserved pasta water if needed.
Add a little pasta water if it becomes too thick.
Throw in some chopped parsley and a little of the pasta water.
Add i cup of the boiling pasta water to the sauce and mix well.
If it is dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
