The peak, crowned with a mountaineer postbox, is surrounded by grasslands, secondary peaks and limestone karst terrain, where deep fissures are not rare to be seen.
The landscape lay before us as a map, wherein rivers flashed like silver snakes, and Alp-like peaks crowned with wildly twisted snow wreaths rose in grandeur, whilst over all was the glad sunlight and the breath of Nature's happy life.
And in two beautiful wood pieces, "Wood Mobile" and "Gibraltar" (a small, craggy peak of wood crowned by a planar cloud form that sprouts celestial baubles), one sees the artist's sensitivity to natural materials.
They stretched endlessly, rise after rise, culminating at last in the great grey shoulders of a central peak crowned by glittering ice.
Facing us, a long, long way off, was a high peak crowned with snow.
