In 2011, district enrollment declined to 5,724 pupils including preschool students.

The school started in 1981 with five preschool students under the direction of Mrs. Galloway.

A study on inclusion compared integrated and segregated (special education only) preschool students.

The data also showed that more preschool students were taken out of special education last year, though fewer school-age students were.

Through staff facilitation, programs use the play environment to support the development in preschool and K-3 students.

We started the special education program for preschool students then, which was a major program.

Services are also provided for preschool handicapped students as well as other students with special needs.

In the 2008-2009 school year the district had 2,873 K-12 students, 69 preschool students and 281 adult/community education students from 23 countries of origin.

For 2010-11 the school will house preschool and kindergarten students.

At that time, the school accommodated preschool students only namely in the nursery, kindergarten and preparatory levels.
