The Government says 152 soldiers and more than 1,500 rebels have died in the fighting for the camp.
The 77 rebels, including seven area leaders, died in fighting Saturday, the military sources said.
The report said 415 rebels had died in fighting on Friday alone, with 350 wounded.
Local officials said 21 rebels died in the attack.
There was severe fighting for these on 11 March, in which 600 or 700 rebels died.
But a police source said a later military report showed that a lieutenant, 5 rebels and 12 civilians died.
By February 19, almost 200 members of the security forces and over 100 rebels had died in the fighting.
Seven rebels died and more than 30 were wounded in the fighting.
At least 30 rebels and scores of Syrian government forces died in the fighting.
The spokesman said 41 rebels had died and slightly more than 50 were wounded in the last month.
