The regiment was attached to Department of Kansas to June 1863.

In 2005, two further regiments were attached to the Light Division:

The regiment was attached to Department of Missouri, to March 1862.

The regiment was attached to Thomas' Command to January 1862.

The regiment was attached to the 2nd Division.

The regiment was attached to the 21st Army until 1940.

The regiment was attached to Thomas' Command to November 1861.

Once again the regiment was attached to the 6th Division.

The regiment was attached to the Department of the Missouri to May 1862.
