The "Lime Beach" model had staggered roof gables at one end lending a geometric flair to an otherwise rectangular box.

Imprinted on the blank north wall, adjoining a vacant lot, is the ghostly silhouette of an old house that once stood at No. 115, with roof gables and a central chimney.

Evidence of this can be seen in minka, or common traditional homes, where two interlocking timbers are often found at the roof gables.
