In 1978, the secondary section of the College became a fully aided school.
After the war the primary and secondary section opened to its first students.
In 1928, the boys' senior secondary section was set up.
In 1932, a girls' secondary section was set up and the number of students increased to 426.
The primary and the secondary section have lunch break from 11.35am to 12.05pm.
The primary and secondary section have a short break at 9.30 am.
And after a gap of 5 years higher secondary section was started from 1 July 2001.
The new school building was inaugurated on 13 June 2007, and is only used by the secondary section.
The higher secondary section of the school includes classes 11 and 12.
In 1998-99, the higher secondary section was added to the school.
