They also included states usually thought to be part of the Midwest.
The state, however, still does not think that the matter is so cute.
"But most member states thought it simply wasn't worthwhile to work inside Afghanistan."
"The red states think that this is their show, because it's about family values," he said.
The effort has been so successful that at least two other states are thinking of following suit.
The Administration can't be afraid of what the other states think.
More than a dozen other states are thinking of doing the same.
"I don't know what made the state think it had the right to take live trees," she said.
And furthermore, not even the states think they have the right answers.
"My priority is the children before what the state thinks."
