Any order in a foreign language must be accompanied by a certified translation.

What are certified copies of documents and certified translations?

Companies may also send voluntary certified translations.

Companies can deliver the following documents in other languages if the document is accompanied by a certified translation into English:

Traded companies - which trade their stock on the stock exchange - must deliver documents, accompanied by a certified translation into English.

An additional photocopy of all supporting documents, including certified translations and including your current British passport, is required.

There are different exceptions for Welsh companies (those complying with section 88 of the Act) who are entitled to draw up and deliver certain documents in Welsh without the need of an accompanying certified translation in English.
