Some teenagers said the community center in the complex was closed a few years ago, leaving young people with little to do.

But increasingly, many teenagers say, they are simply staying off the road.

But what teenagers in the survey said they wanted was more information on alcohol.

The teenager said she has now given up smoking and is looking for a job.

"Friday morning I saw him with his child, and now he's gone," the teenager said.
