The twins looked at each other - and said nothing.

The other twin said, "Who would she turn to but us?"

"Never mind about her," the twin on the left said.

"But the mother wasn't looking you in the eye," Twin said.

The twins said nothing, but held each other's cold and slimy hands.

The Twins said yes, but placed a condition on their permission.

"Impossible," the twin said as he looked down at his wounded hand.

"I don't see how it can have a happy ending," said the second twin.

Each had a surviving twin and those twins say their loss is like no other.

"It'll be good to see if it's worth the money we paid for it," Twin said.
