One three-bedroom unit of 3,500 square feet is on the market for $2.695 million.

The project has 143 studio- to two-bedroom units of 360 to 924 square feet.

There will be 90 one-bedroom units of 650 to 750 square feet, which are to rent for $3,500 to $4,500 a month.

And prices, now negotiable, range from $115,000 to $235,000 for units of 800 to 1,600 square feet.

The remaining unit of 3,100 square feet is owned by a 1989 buyer who paid $250,000 for it.

A farmhouse on the property would be renovated into two larger units of 1,300 square feet each at slightly higher cost.

The building has studio to three-bedroom units of 440 to 1,450 square feet.

The finished building will have 300 units of 800 to 2,000 square feet, priced at $175,000 to $800,00.

The vacant space in the buildings was built out in units of 1,000 to 10,000 square feet.

If demand for smaller space develops, one or more buildings will be divided into units of 5,000 square feet and above.
