Sprinkle with enough brown sugar to cover top of yogurt mixture.
Remove yogurt mixture from refrigerator, and allow it to come to room temperature.
Combine thoroughly with yogurt mixture and serve at room temperature.
Leaving a 1-inch border, spread half of the yogurt mixture in a 3-inch-wide strip along the side nearest you.
When sauce is cooked, turn off heat and stir in yogurt mixture.
Divide the yogurt mixture among six soup plates and serve.
Pour over the yogurt mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping has set.
Add rice, and toss gently to coat with yogurt mixture.
