Bernard Bakana Kolélas (12 June 1933 - 13 November 2009) was a Congolese politician and President of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI).

Kolélas is a son of Bernard Kolélas, who was one of Congo-Brazzaville's main political leaders during the 1990s, and joined his father's party, the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI).

Lissouba headed the poll and went through to a second round run-off on Aug. 16 against the second-placed Bernard Kolelas of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI).

The coalition was led by Bernard Kolélas, who was also the leader of the coalition's largest party, the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI).

For years he was a leading member of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI), but in 2013 he formed his own party, the Republican Dynamic for Development (DRD).

In the first round, he placed first with 30.65% of the vote; Hellot Matson Mampouya, the candidate of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI), was close behind with 29.79%.

He was the President and Director-General of Sifroid and was a member of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI), led by Bernard Kolélas.

Patrice Lumumba's National Congolese Movement won a plurality of seats, with 36.

Tchicaya backed Bernard Kolélas of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI) in the second round, but Lissouba defeated Kolélas.

A member of the Congolese Movement for Democracy and Integral Development (MCDDI), he has been a Deputy in the National Assembly of Congo-Brazzaville since 2007.
